It must be a record. Jon Vail (solo horn) flew in from the UAE just for Friday's band rehearsal. HE said something about meetings in Manchester, but we know the truth! Good to see you Jon.... putting in solo trom on a baritone :-) Also there on Friday was another horn player - our webmaster Philip Clowes, home for the summer from college... And on Monday we welcomed back solo cornet Julie, fresh from completed her degree (fingers crossed)... Just like the good old days!
